Evergreen Cooperative Laundry
The Evergreen Cooperative Laundry is the first of several projects planned as part of the Evergreen Cooperatives of Cleveland, Ohio which are pioneering innovative models of job creation, wealth building, and sustainability. This rehabilitated industrial building provides state of the art laundry services that utilize energy efficient, environmentally friendly equipment, processing 10 million pounds of laundry annually. LEED CI Silver certification is anticipated.
